Great benefits package and access to resources for personal growth and development. Reasonably recession-proof. Value education and pay for degree advancement.
Cons
Management ingrown and short-sighted. Tend to hire and promote based on factors other than preparation to do the job in question. Pay is far below other UC campuses except for senior management.
