UC Riverside has been growing in a positive, diverse direction, and it definitely shows in its ability to attain a diverse workforce. The unique office culture where everyone connects to another in one way or another makes UCR a wonderful place to work!
Cons
The rigid rules of the state and federal government are slightly restricting, but expected from public universities.
