Poor dept culture. Extremely high caseloads with minimal admin time. Frequent policy change. High level of policing daily schedule. Unrealistic productivity. Fear based supervision. Silencing culture. Leadership has been out of clinical practice too long to offer real support. Poor leader advocacy for staff. Concerned for optics only. Work life balance is conceptual not truly encouraged nor supported. Numerous senior staff have ben targeted and pushed out.
