The Benefits, working with people who ARE committed to making the University a better place, helping facilitate the funds coming to the Regents that support the world class research happening at our institution.
Cons
In the Office of Research, leadership is lacking and unfocused. Management does NOT support our mission. Staff are treated poorly and those who do not contribute to the overall mission are usually promoted or moved around when their performance is poor instead of being held accountable.
