Pros
Excellent people to work with and for. They really care about the issues and the office environment is very friendly. There are several opportunities to work with a wide range of people including researchers, extension professionals and growers.
Cons
Work is primarily based in the office, which is fine, but more outreach and field work would have been desirable.
