I learned a lot and had a lot of freedom to grow.

The location was in the middle of nowhere, but now they are in a new location

Decent pay, well thought out computer system

Poor business plan and dysfunctional practices. Company doesn't actually print the books, but farms out jobs. Have not had a reliable printer to use for awhile, causing incredible difficulties and customer frustrations. Expect abuse from both customers and owners. High turnover, frequent layoffs. Just avoid.
