I recently left this company for some personal reason But i decided to write something about my experience over here. 1. The best company in Odisha which work on the very latest technology. I would recommend for freshers, so that they willl learn lots of things in just two years 2. Since this company is very strict on background verification, fake senior people won't survive atall. Even if they pass the verification stage, they will get caught during the project work as freshers will do far better than them. 3. Probably the best person you can find is the Director who is very enthusiastic, energetic and posses a great ambition to do something for the people of Odisha. 4. Very huge salary for experienced person. 5. Cab facility is available. Not sure about lunch and dinner. But it was decided to provide to all associates. 6. WFH is available.
Cons
1. They are concentrating on Odisha. 2. They are not bidding government projects.
