      Cons

      False commitments to all the clients they have in hand. No work life balance at all. Most of them are government clients and without saying you know how government officials work with you. Sometimes they sit behind you and ask you to code to get the delivery done. Most ridiculous moments I had in my lifetime.

      Provides opportunity to grow. Hard work and creative work are easily recognized and appreciated. Committed to customer success and employee growth.

      Cons

      Very competitive company with the market. No cons to list or highlight. Company has good governance structure in place. Being a small company cannot provide lots of benefits.
