      Great Minds to work with and good opportunities to grow. Timings are normal. You can learn a lot in short period. Pay is also good.

      Cons

      Some of the policies are not very easy to digest but I think once you are adopted to it, they can help you in long run

      Provides opportunity to grow. Hard work and creative work are easily recognized and appreciated. Committed to customer success and employee growth.

      Cons

      Very competitive company with the market. No cons to list or highlight. Company has good governance structure in place. Being a small company cannot provide lots of benefits.
