Good HR policies but they're making changes in them

No internal promotion especially for the employees with grade 9 or less than 9. Communication gap is there. Everyone blames each other and they're are not there to help you. They're there to push you under the bus and take credit if you have done something good. Huge salary gap b/w grade 9 and above. Always procrastinate things and infome groud team at 11th hour and if things goes south them they will blame you
