      Pros

      Stable company, nice allowances (when traveling for work), they fly you to headquarters each year and is in nice location to fly to, hard to get fired.

      Cons

      Mad Men style management and culture, lots of tyrans, senior people make big errors but not get fired, slow to change.

      Good training and job preparation. Excellent support from technical team. Good product. Top CEO and OK upper management.

      Cons

      Low brand recognition and difficult to have potential clients give you time to present product.
