Absolutely nothing. The people aside from the manager who works there are super nice. Clean office space. Free water. Bathroom has two types of tissue.

Low wage Extremely high expectations from employee Does not pay overtime No vacation for a year Very low guaranteed hours for full time Disorganized training No benefits till a year If you work more than you're scheduled, you pretty much don't get paid for that Not just customer service but they expect you to do marketing too Almost no room for growth Manager is late
