This is a good career starter
Cons
-Not multicultural, only Indian. Big problem if you don't understand an east Asian language -Unprofessional, dirty corporate politics, business failures piled on CSRs, management never willing to listen, marketing team not there, in fact CSRs ARE the marketing team, compliance officers, accounting specialists, and customer service reps at the same time -no appraisals, no bonuses -Verbal abuse. (most recent: we are all "taking charity" from the company) -lack of transparency
