-nice atmosphere/microclimate -not much work when you work quickly and prioritize tasks -benefits (fixed and the same for all) at the end of the year -leisure trips with the company and fun parties -most of the people are friendly and really helpful -additional gym membership cover

-not the best salary considering it is one of the most successful companies in the country and in the group and the income is very high though not that much of a personnel is working -sometimes doing tasks that are not necessarily related to your actual job

Everything is ok, have no complaints

Have book days off 5 days in advance, so forget spontaneous friday off, without planning it a week a ahead :)
