      Pros

      Healthy Environment, flexibility to work, Salaries are always on time, Finance team is good.

      Cons

       Favoritism towards male employees  HR in India office is not upto the mark  Backstabbing  Management and some favorite people of the company will always have doubts on you.  People ( favorite of management) working with you will listen your problem, issue and then gossip it with the HR, finance and management team.
