Pros

The company makes you feel like family! The pay is pretty good, management seems to do what it can to help out officers as needed when things come up. There is open communication between officers and office personnel, if there's an issue it is resolved the best way possible. Management takes an interest in all areas for the employees!

Cons

The upfront costs can be a bit of a downer, but it's a small price to pay in order to join a great team. Schedules can be changed at the last minute, but that's normal for any security position, and you need to be on call most of the time in order to meet the needs for clients.

Pros

Was generally full-time work available. There were places to work at that it was reasonable drive. The uniform shirts and jacket are nice. Schedule is always two or more weeks out. Pay always seems correct.

Cons

You pay for pants, fingerprints, licensing, all your duty gear, firearms, ammunition is up to you to buy. They issue you a shirt, two shirts if you beg. You have to keep on them when the weather gets cold to get a jacket. Their pay is slightly higher than some but lower than others. There is no paid time off.
