This is a company that demands hard work and, while you will always be supported, there is no one to hold your hand. You will be challenged and trusted to deliver on what you've been asked to do, and it is solely up to you to achieve that. This is not a standard 9-5, and to succeed, it's expected that your work is only beginning as you leave the office at the end of the day.

Quite literally only the co-workers

They tell you that this is an electrician apprenticeship yet they 90% of what you do has nothing to do with being electrician and it's clear that they just want cheap labors via the route of deception
