Pros

None I can think of.

Cons

It’s a long list. Corruption, lies, dishonesty, political are the values of CSS. CSS values they publish on walls are only for walls. People who are political, who can lie left and right to their own team members or other partners are encouraged and promoted. Technology Chief is a joker. People who he brought in are ruthless with no dignity or professionalism. Despite several ethics issues, Release Management leader still remains. HR is useless in this company and does not have a backbone to take actions. When employees complain, investigate and take actions. Your biased decisions to please the top leaders are not good for employee morale. Business leader brought a bunch of his own and started promoting already. Top leaders are hiring their own people directly without even posting the positions. That kind of corruption exists in this company. I am not sure what the board is doing. Well, there are great leaders in this company who can show only what has to be seen.

Pros

If you like to switch around onto different teams, they love that and will support horizontal movement with the same pay. Lots of employee engagement opportunities even though it is remote.

Cons

Too much change going on with the FHFA getting too involved. Threatened to bring employees back to the office, then stayed remote again. People got laid off, and instead of hiring more people they just rotate people horizontally instead of promoting people vertically. The amount of projects and work keeps increasing but there is not enough staff to support it, ends up becoming a toxic environment of overworking. No pay boost either, just arbitrary work rewards to appreciate you.
