Pros
Absolutely no pros whatsoever at all
Cons
Terrible work environment. No company culture. Zero leadership. Expectations were too high for providing no leadership or proper tools to do the job successfully. I was set up to fail from the start. I didn't get a meeting with my direct superior for two months and they expected me to just know what to do. One has to get a solid foundation of how a company functions and its needs before sweeping changes can be implemented. When I finally got the meeting with my superior, he was spitting tobacco into a cup the entire meeting. Completely unprofessional and disgusting. One day the plant manager changed the entire file system on the network and didn't bother to inform me or tell me where I can find the files I would need. I needed a password for a supplier catalog to do my job and it was never provided to me even after multiple requests and I was expected to just be able to do the job somehow. I was set up to fail. Unrealistic, unprofessional, terrible management.
