BIG RED FLAG: This is a super insecure company that keeps track of you going in and out of the building and force you to stay inside for at least 8 hours a day. Their system track you down to each minute to make sure that know every single move you do while they pretend to have flexible hours. Management blames you for not being able to make meaningful progress on a complex project while asking you to stop what you were doing and focus on something new the next week.
