Response to COVID-19 Pandemic has been horrible. Micromanagement is greater than safeguarding the health and wellbeing of their engineers. Resources were scarce before the pandemic and have gotten worse because many people have decided to leave and they aren’t hiring replacements fast enough. This makes getting your job done extremely difficult and everyone is overloaded. The company changed the PTO policy and everyone loss PTO days. We liked the old policy better. They do not contribute to your 401k. They never have. They no longer reimburse education. They should bring this back. Micromanagement was a problem before the pandemic. Lots of unhappy engineers
