Do not plan to go on vacation, and don't make any plans for Christmas and New Years, because you will be expected to work. The CEO makes everyone uncomfortable and people are constantly stepping on egg shells. Both the CEO and COO think they know what they are doing, but they are clueless and full of themselves. They also don't trust anyone, spy on people, get rid of whomever disagrees with them, and yell at employees. Yes, you read it right. Pretty normal to hear management yelling at employees, and humiliating them.
