Holidays/PTO - Generous Holiday Calendar (11, maybe 12?) plus two weeks PTO your first year. You are encouraged to use your time.

It's a smaller company and with that comes your standard smaller business cons. Health care is offered but it isn't State Government quality/prices. You can't accumulate months worth of PTO (you are encouraged to use it).
