This is a great place to work if you're passionate about design and architecture. It's a small firm, so you'll have the opportunity to work on all aspects of architectural practice. I gave this review 5 stars based on my experience working here. The work in this office can be rigorous and demanding at times, so TEA won't be the right fit for everyone. It's also a small office lacking the vibrant social community that a larger firm naturally provides. I didn't see these as cons during my time at TEA, but I understand that these aspects of TEA might not mesh well with what many people look for in a work place.
