      Pros

      Morale events, amazing facility, and lots of food.

      Cons

      Flat organization with an entrenched management providing a confusing and conflicting direction. Product cycles were endless emergency style feature sets that didn't seem to receive much usage from client. Last minute late evenings and weekend work is a regular occurrence, very difficult to plan for or attend personal events.
