Relaxed Atmosphere, Decent People, Paid holidays. Very easy to master the task at hand and become proficient. Best place to start a career for recent college grads also a good place for people with families because the company is understanding about the demands a family brings.
Cons
A lot of brown nosing to get ahead, sometimes the work you put forward just isn't good enough if you are not close with someone.
Everyday is like the day before, not a lot of new challenges except for dealing with a department filled with young adults.
Very easy to spot who is well liked and who is not liked.
Not a very good place for someone who is very career orientated because there is not much you can do with the experience you get.
