All talk no action. Promise you everything in the interview and deliver on none of it. Don’t stick by their word when they tell you something. Inexperienced and (for the most part) lazy workforce. Morale in the machine shop is horrible. Some good people working there but overall avoid. If you need a job to get you through until you find something else go for it. Other than that avoid. I worked then 7 months and saw over 25 people get fired for “performance.” I was eventually let go (within these two weeks over 10 people were let go).
