      Pros

      Everything! The people, the culture of Tybee, the gorgeous beach homes and condos, and THE BEACH!! The atmosphere is very friendly and you eventually end up as family. I worked with some of the best people and I will always look back at my time there as wonderful!

      Cons

      Guest complaints that are ridiculous and outrageous such as there being too much sand on the beach (true story!) or WiFi issues. Other than that, I don’t know of any cons.

      Flexible schedule, full time or part time, easy to request time off, family environment, schedule is different day to day

      Cons

      lifting heavy linen bags, long days on some holiday weekends, physical labor

      Not very many. Some of the employees were nice.

      Very stressful for terrible pay. Managers don’t know what they’re doing at all.
