      I've worked for Tx Team for 7 years and am proud to be on this team! I have been given numerous opportunities to grow and learn. Patients rave about our therapy and Tx Team's therapists are professional, skilled and caring. This is the best job I've had in my 25 year career!

      Pros

      company that cares about each associate work life balance upper management, HR, Home Office are open to communications and responsive to questions support from management local and upper benefits are great for me

      Cons

      hard to connect with associates across the company since we are all so spread out but the home office does a good job to try to connect everyone through virtual platforms

      Great entry level experience and supportive leadership

      Cons

      Pay could be better and productivity expectations can be hard to obtain daily. However, I suspect the drive is from the hospital arrangement.
