Cons
There is little structure to the management of Twotrees. There is no employee handbook or solid guidelines to follow. If you come to work for Twotrees from a structured company you may find yourself at a loss as to how best to perform your job. Management at Twotrees prefers it that way so that you can find the best most effective way to manage yourself. The compensation is very poor... do not expect compensation relative to your growth. Negotiate compensation before you are hired and do not expect more than 1-3% increases per year regardless of your growth or performance. There can also be a fair amount of tension between employees that management has not been capable of resolving. Expect in-house employee tensions to go unresolved.
