Everything. Management doesn't know what they are doing.. She will expect you to read minds and know what to do with no training. You are supposed to know what she wants (without being told) within your first week. Forget learning about the product first... You're supposed to be a pro after a few days. Duh! You will be sent on a wild goose chase a few times a day and when you compile what is needed, she does not need it anymore. Will not give you direction, but will reprimand you when what you do is not what she had in mind. Very unorganized and micro managing. Do yourself a favor- just look elsewhere.
