      working with my co-workers was a great experience for me especially working with young children.

      Great benefits and great people! A lot of training opportunities.

      The pay is low for early childhood.

      8 hour shifts with paid 30 minute lunch break built in, plenty of paid holidays, the children are awesome, no overtime

      Cons

      Poor management, No room to move up, some coworkers avoid work and cause others to pick up the slack, no overtime
