Pros
Two Octobers is a wonderful place to work. The people are hands down the company’s most important asset (besides maybe the dogs); my coworkers are supportive, collaborative, smart and kind. Management is transparent and genuinely cares about their employees. Bonuses are a nice perk and unlimited time off is unbeatable. Culture is very casual and work life balance is prioritized. It has been great to see the business grow and expand.
Cons
- No Dental or Vision
- Maternity Leave is 2 weeks paid (covered by disability), but I wish this was more generous
- Some clients are a bit boring & non-direct business (from partner companies) can be challenging to work on for dumb reasons.
- Parking is free, but we’ve outgrown our number of spots so can be limited
