Pros

The work: the general motto is to treat your clients' business and money like your own, and this practice is exercised from the top down at Two Octobers. The number and diversity of clients at Two Octobers keep the work interesting and challenging. The company is very goal-oriented, with internal processes to measure individual, company, and client performance; this lends to a motivated employee base, and it lets you know where you stand The people: interesting, smart, hard-working, no ego, honest The work-life balance: this is clearly a priority for leadership. Two Octobers does not exercise the burn-and-churn practice I've seen at other agencies. Also, the office dogs are the best Perks: fair compensation, good PTO, quarterly bonuses (based on company success), matched 401k, free parking, work from home flexibility

Cons

None, really. Two Octobers is a great place to work.

Pros

Two Octobers is a wonderful place to work. The people are hands down the company’s most important asset (besides maybe the dogs); my coworkers are supportive, collaborative, smart and kind. Management is transparent and genuinely cares about their employees. Bonuses are a nice perk and unlimited time off is unbeatable. Culture is very casual and work life balance is prioritized. It has been great to see the business grow and expand.

Cons

- No Dental or Vision - Maternity Leave is 2 weeks paid (covered by disability), but I wish this was more generous - Some clients are a bit boring & non-direct business (from partner companies) can be challenging to work on for dumb reasons. - Parking is free, but we’ve outgrown our number of spots so can be limited
