Most people were relatively happy at Two Nil until a few months ago. Although there were no positive Glassdoor reviews, there were also no negative reviews.
Cons
Negative reviews showed up when management introduced blind sweeping changes to the media department that had been a stable and good functioning department until that time. A new group of people came in and were given broad powers despite not understanding the company culture. Immediately an elite clique was established, excluding loyal and dedicated staff members from the new inner circle. Their counter-cultural egotistical behavior was totally apparent. That's when the first negative reviews showed up followed by the false positives. Two Nil management tried to stifle some negative reviews but could not prevent the truth from getting out - that the company is in disarray and that staff are very unhappy and people have been leaving at a rapid rate. That's the truth and is told with genuine concern from someone who has been at Two Nil long enough to know what has been going on.
