Direction and management was a bit lacking

Trying very hard to find any. Two Nerds Ltd had an uncanny streak of luck considering how nice and genuinely good willed its employees are, compared to how poorly they are treated

The following can be very easily substantiated. -Management has a very long list of critical issues. Some due to lack of management experience Some due to absence of industry know-how Most of them due to absence of interpersonal skills All of them by a firm and toxic will not to change any of the above. To get things even worse management is unable to lead by example and demands from its employees unfair working standards that it is simply incapable of beginning to apply to himself: Less than poor attendance at work in general and in the office in particular from the executives. Absence of elementary notions of respect and decency while addressing to any employee, while demanding the utmost deference in return Stubbornness in keeping discarding very basics work practices inherited from game industry with special mention for resenting any form of meeting regarding critical steps in the game development. Aggravated by an inability to rely and listen its industry veterans employees in matters of production design and schedule. Total absence of consideration of the management for work conditions: Two Nerds Ltd presented the worst seat-cost I have ever seen in 20+ years working in the industry, its employees reduced to bring their own equipment and sometimes their own software to be in capacity to perform their duties. Vast majority of the professional software installed at Two Nerds and used on a daily basis for development are cracked and unlicensed. No sick pay, and harassment practices to obtain sickness justification from the employees. In my case management caused multiple breach of contract including ignoring compulsory salary reassessment and retaining company policies and administration paperwork. -Out of 10 employees in position when I joined 3 were made redundant without compensations, 4 resigned, and that is 70% of the company knowledge and worth that never got replaced. The list could go on, but long story short, this company and more to the point its manager should be avoided at all cost.
