      They built you, the amount of learning and growth is unpaired with any other company in Europe.

      Cons

      Its fast paced, if you want to take it easy and chill just to get a safe small salary this is not where you will thrive. but you are ambitious and smart, the bonuses and opportunity for growth are great.

      At times can be very intense, business can be keen to say yes to everyone when we don't often have proper capacity/planning for it
