      Lots of projects to get your hands dirty Smart colleagues Friendly & supportive environment

      Cons

      C-level leadership seems misaligned and unwilling to talk to each other at times. Lots of tension between the commercial & risk verticals Pay increases aren't even covering the annual inflation

      At times can be very intense, business can be keen to say yes to everyone when we don't often have proper capacity/planning for it
