      Pros

      - good pay - positive work environment - some gigs can be fun or easy - flexible scheduling - management cares about their staff and are very communicative

      Cons

      - work can be sparse throughout the year - most of the jobs are word of mouth instead of posted online (managers will reach out to you with gigs) so you basically have to just wait for offers which can be weeks or months apartment. Staffing team definitely has favorites. - can spend lots of hours on your feet - some of the gigs can be disorganized or chaotic depending on the client

      Pros

      The team Two Dots Productions staffs are always great people to work with. They always pay on time and reimburse for parking. They work with some pretty big clientele and offer BA work jobs on the higher end of the spectrum in this industry. The managers are incredibly nice, attentive and professional.

      Cons

      I can’t think of any downsides of working here. The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish they offered out of state jobs with travel paid for.
