      The event managers do a very good job.

      Cons

      It takes about 1 month to get your first paycheck but if you can wait its ok. No direct deposit on your first check so you'll have to wait a month plus the 5-7 business days to get your paper check sent through the U.S. mail.

      Pros

      - good pay - positive work environment - some gigs can be fun or easy - flexible scheduling - management cares about their staff and are very communicative

      Cons

      - work can be sparse throughout the year - most of the jobs are word of mouth instead of posted online (managers will reach out to you with gigs) so you basically have to just wait for offers which can be weeks or months apartment. Staffing team definitely has favorites. - can spend lots of hours on your feet - some of the gigs can be disorganized or chaotic depending on the client
