      Pros

      CO WORKERS! The best I've ever met. And if an event was "hard", they always pulled you up and cheered you on to "make it". I love them! The food quality rarely disappointed me. The service staff rarely disappointed. Angela P. is exceptional and smart and her guidance and vision for the company is outstanding. But the way we all pulled together to make any event "happen", is beyond anything I'll ever experience again.

      Cons

      Like every place, there are moments of "tension" but it goes with the territory. Catering requires long hours and lots of labor and sweat. But, it's worth it at the end of a shift when you drive away thinking "I just made someone's dream wedding / corporate event / Christmas party (whatever)" a success!

      Pros

      Great food and quality service, but the staff is temporary. Over hiring and hiding the fact that they have a training period before your hiring wage kicks in is good for the owners bottom line.

      Cons

      There is at least a two month period where you will not receive the pay rate you were hired in at. You are never told that you are working for two thirds of the rate it just happens to your surprise. I personally was cheated out of at least 700 dollars during my five weeks at this company. I was told I could work, but the hours were less then 20 per week. If you add in the tips I should have received it is well over 1000 dollars. That is a lot of money I was cheated out of.
