Love working here. Honestly the best place I've ever worked.

There is a bird that sits outside of the door by my desk that won't shut up.

Great company 5 years ago. Pay is great and products are great.

Poor Management. Middle Management does not coordinate with the Sales Team. Communication is one way, from the top down. Ideas and opinions from current employees are disregarded. The management team does not understand or know who their customers are or what they want. Marketing just talks about the business and not about the product.
