Never have I worked in a place with worse communication and collaboration. My own manager felt it was beneath her to communicate with me. I was expected to be a mind reader and she told me that if she had to explain anything to me, she might as well do it herself. What kind of manager doesn't think they should answer questions? No guidance or help. Just an expectation to perform. Least supportive environment ever in the history of start ups and I've worked at a few. Good riddance.
