Great culture, interesting science, big fan of leadership.

Can be hectic, but very manageable.

Opportunities to do work outside of the anticipated/planned scope if you ask questions. People are kind, and while the vibes are casual, the work ethic is not.

Full-time employment in engineering (depending on your role) may require off-hours on-call responsibilities to repair manufacturing equipment. Not the case for interns, of course.
