Pros
Very few. The former CEO seemed to genuinely care about the rank and file employees, particularly at the Utah plant. Nice organized celebration events for achievements, retirements, and sometimes also big accomplishments.
Cons
Morale has never been worse. People are scared that the company will go bankrupt. A few weeks ago the three most senior executives were fired by the board and no real honest explanation has been provided internally, its been all spin and fog. New CEO has no clue, she reads prepared scripts, robotic, disinterested, and the rumor is shes just a puppet of the board and is minding the store until the company is sold or shut down. Terrible.
