Good working hours - no weekends Above industry standard pay A boss who cares about employees - helped me with time off when I was going through a difficult situation at home, never made me feel pressured to rush back. Career progression -I felt like my boss cared about my development. Paid staff events , I attended a Christmas party and a day at Doncaster races fully paid by the buisness as a thank you. Very inclusive business I got to work with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
Cons
Could do more together outside of work. Fast paced , if you struggle to work to high standards or tight deadlines this is not for you, Agency life isn’t for everyone and during my time at this business I saw people come from in house who struggled to adapt.
