Pros

Lunch paid by company - 100Rs per day Weekly 2 days Work From Home

Cons

- Company not registered - No PF - they will lie about having PF during hiring process - Lack of projects - Will make employees sit on the bench for more than 6 months assuring they will give projects, but no project - will make you work on single internal project - Low salary package even for master's degree holders - Not employee oriented - Selective national holidays - Eid is holiday only for Muslim employee - Less than 10 employees - 4 employees left company within a few months - they terminated 2 employees without any notice - No Job security - CTO is not sure of the technology they need to use and will make u work on technology that you are not hired for - Extreme micromanagement and favouritism by HR - HR is highly unprofessional, after you resign she will not reply to mail or msgs for relieving letter or experience letter - Medical insurance is only for employees (does not cover any family member) And is applicable only after completing 1 year with the company

Thanks for dropping a review. As we read your review, we realize that you have made many incorrect claims and assumptions about the business. As a successful startup, we have been very transparent with all our employees from day one - as it pertains to benefits, policies, processes, projects, mission and vision - and we take pride in that. Some of these apply to interns (such as you) and some do not. That said, we will address the few positives from your feedback and we thank you for highlighting them. We wish you all the best in your future endeavors.
