      Pros

      It is a small start up so the learning experience is wonderful. The people there are very encouraging and it is a good starting point for a fresher

      Cons

      Because it is a startup the workload might get a bit too much and there is no specific job role although your description may say otherwise.

      The CA program was much interesting , we get to work with a lot of people from different part of the India .
