Oh where to start... management is totally incapable and lacking proper leadership. While the company touts itself for offering good benefits and a positive work-life balance, the offering pay is severly below market standards for qualified positions. Being overworked for subpar pay is standard within the company, and there is also little room for growth within the company's cutthroat corporate culture. I would recommend looking elsewhere for career opportunities.
