Pros

ok pay and benefits.company has a niche in high end electronics market.I think if you are a person really into electronics and know the product you can do well in sales. You make a good salary as a in shop or road technician.

Cons

there is no room for growth. Company has downsized , putting alot of pressure on remaining employees.you have one person doing what should be two to three peoples jobs. There have been no pay raises in over a year. The company continues to hire people in upper management while the people doing the work and making things happen get no raise.

Pros

A newly resturctured company has it going in the right direction. The pay scale was very competitive and maintained a commission based sales floor when other competitors switched to hourly. They enacted a draw based compensation system which, was not favored by many but was a step in the right direction to increase productivity.

Cons

In the 5 years that I worked their, the company kept free-falling toward bankruptcy. Upper management had a hard time figuring out how to fix a sinking ship. They blamed a lot of the downfalls on the sales staff, however their constant restructuring of the pay scale, and cutbacks created a less than homely atmosphere. This coupled with an extremely high turnover rate feathered the consumers trust in their neighborhood tweeter sales counselor. For a long time the sales staff was the bread and butter of the company, with individual sales people being the go-to guy throughout every generation of the tech phase. however, this was truly undone by managements failure to retain top sales earners.
